Welcome, classes of 2020 ! On the first of October, about one hundred students started their first semester at EMLV Business School. Our international programmes gathered an incredible diverse student population with different needs : knowledge, exposure, experience, networks, business development skills.
They grabbed a coffee and started their engines. Indian, Nepalese, Taiwanase, Brazilian, Norwegian students in addition to other nationalities from various nations around the globe embarked on their EMLV journey : an intensive learning experience that merges theory and practice. The administration team is commited to guide the students from their arrival to Paris until they graduate, then get a job or start their business here, in Paris.
The orientation week is an essential event for the students at the beginning of their MSc International Business, Digital Marketing Strategy MBA and Master in Management programmes. The first step of Orientation Days started with an introduction to the EMLV’s premises, study paths and IT Tools. The second day of Orientation was dedicated to an Administration Workshop on social security and visa validation for non-European students followed by a cruise on the River Seine with the Bateaux-Mouches boats. The third day was devoted to other priorities from “Studying to France checklist“: how to open a bank account, where to buy a SIM card or a travel pass. In the afternoon, the students met the heads of the programmes: Basma Taieb and Jill Tynan.
