Sindhu, MSc International Business Student – “This Is the Place to Be”

Meet Sindhu, an MSc International Business student from India who is sharing her wonderful experience in the full-time RNCP accredited programme at EMLV business school. The programme is driven by Jill Tynan, and offers many opportunities for employment.

What first captivated Sindhu’s attention in the international business programme was the course pattern:

MSc International Business: Six Months of Academic Studies and Six Months of Internship

The MSc International Business programme is structured in such a way that helps international students with the know-how to compete in the global business market. EMLV is one of the top-ranking Business and Management schools in France.

The 6 months of academic training includes subjects like data analytics and digital marketing, the latter being Sindhu’s main field of interest.

It also has 6 months of internship which will give us the practical experience that is required to go ahead in our career.

The course is structured in this way:

Semester 1 from October to January

  • Global Strategy
  • International Digital Marketing
  • International Trade
  • Visits to Internationals Firms & French Tech

Semester 2 from February to March

  • Business Game
  • International Finance for Business Development
  • Research Methods

From April to September

  • Internship or Dissertation

A Warm Welcoming

From her arrival to Paris,  the administration was making sure that the journey is enjoyable at EMLV for all international students. Sindhu was assisted by the school:

The international students’ association that is present at the school is very approaching, and they helped me with all the documentation.

In her spare time, she likes to hang around the school or take a walk around the Champs Elysées that lives up to its reputation as the ‘world’s most beautiful avenue’. And if she’s on campus, Sindhu enjoyes the ambiance of the foyer with the live music playing and the vibes of the students hanging around.

The campus holds a lot of facilities at the students’ disposal and has a huge digital library where they can access thousands of books and articles.

Final Words

I would recommend anyone to study at the school who is career oriented and is willing to upgrade their skills. This is the best place to be then.

As an international student, being exposed to the culture of another region by living, studying, and working abroad builds independence, initiative, and adaptability; all important traits that employers are constantly on the lookout for.
