Study in Paris. Welcome to Devinci Higher Education!

Studying abroad in Paris comes with its set of challenges. When choosing to study abroad in France, there are many factors to consider, such as getting a French student visa, finding suitable accommodation, attending orientation sessions, familiarising yourself with the campus, arranging transportation, healthcare and entertainment, etc. Devinci Higher Education Welcome Desk can help guide you through every stage of the application process.

Study abroad in France has many benefits, and EMLV encourages all students to take advantage of study abroad opportunities. To help you cope with your new environment, the Devinci Welcome Desk will be in contact to engage in different aspects of your study abroad experience.

Study in Paris. Welcome to EMLV

Hello, my name is Ines, and I work at the welcome desk at Devinci Higher Education.  You are probably finalizing your plans to come study at our institution, and we are looking forward to meeting you very soon. The welcome desk is dedicated to making your arrival as smooth as possible and answering any questions or concerns you may have, whether you are an exchange student or joining one of our international programs full-time.

We are available to assist you from the moment you are admitted until the end of your studies with us. The welcome desk assists with finding accommodation, visa validation and renewal, campus integration and many administrative processes such as applying for housing aid, applying for health care, opening a bank account, getting a transportation card and many more.

The welcome desk organizes a welcome week at the beginning of every school year for you to get to know the campus, your peers and the staff before the program starts. You will be invited to different administrative procedure workshops and some fun activities organized by the Erasmus student network, a student association with whom we work very closely to make your stay as memorable as possible. We are here for you with any questions or concerns you may have, so please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.

We look forward to meeting you and sharing a fantastic year with you all. See you soon. Here you can download the international student guide for the academic year 2021/2022. Find out more about the EMLV international programmes.
