This initiative is made feasible through the Bienvenue en France label acquired by the schools in 2020. This label, overseen by French authorities, seeks to enhance France’s appeal to international students.
Part of a comprehensive strategy to globally promote French higher education, the label streamlines administrative processes and elevates the quality of the welcome extended.
The International Relations Department of the school coordinates Orientation Days and maintains a network of partner universities, meticulously chosen to ensure program compatibility.

The welcome conference, led by the Welcome Desk, enlightens students on crucial administrative aspects of their stay.
The Welcome Desk is an essential ally, ready to assist with all administrative procedures, from visa validation to renewal and handling health insurance and banking formalities.
This team also maintains contact with host universities and facilitates communication with optional staff and each school’s administration.

Prior webinars reinforce welcome messages, introducing schools and programs and allowing students to familiarize themselves even before their arrival.

The Role of ESN DeVinci and the Buddy System programme
The ESN DeVinci Association drives student activities, organizes outings, and facilitates exchanges between international students and associations. Orientation days also provide an opportunity to introduce the Buddy System programme.
This sponsorship system pairs exchange students with local students, creating valuable connections even before they arrive in France.
