At 23, Thomas’s life is a frantic race between the racing circuits and his studies. It’s a daily adventure and a story of ambition and dreams fulfilled.
Thomas Neubauer leads an exciting life, divided between the roar of engines on the racing circuits and courses at the EMLV in high-level sports. It all began in 2019 when he won his first title by becoming the class GT World Challenge sprint champion. This initial success marked the start of his sporting career.
A memorable 2022 between races
The year 2022 will permanently be engraved in my memory. I scored victories by becoming world champion in the World Challenge Endurance Sprint and Combined. My achievements in the Spa 24 Hours and the Dubai 24 Hours also marked this exceptional year in my career.
The current objective: Win the 24 Hours of Le Mans
I aim to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans, a legendary race that has lulled my dreams since childhood. I’m striving to achieve it, whether this year or shortly.
Preparing with music before the competition
Before I get behind the wheel, I usually listen to Mick Mille’s ‘Victoria’ to help me concentrate and get into my bubble. My best sporting memory remains winning the Spa 24 Hours in 2022 with my team-mates. In 2019, my first GT win, when I became the youngest-ever winner of this race, was also an unforgettable moment.
Although my career is already well underway, I would have loved to participate in the Olympic Games, especially those scheduled for Paris next year. As a Frenchman and a Parisian, this event has a special meaning for me, and I would have loved to represent my country in another life.
A much stronger qualifying session for the Team WRT BMW M4 quartet!👏🏼
Considering how many positions we made up yesterday, how many podium spots can we claim this afternoon?🤔🤞🏼

The life advice of a pilot
If I had to share one piece of advice with you, it would be simple: “When in doubt, go for it”. This philosophy reflects my mentality on the track and my vision of life, where I believe in the importance of following your dreams without hesitation.
My journey from EMLV to the racetrack illustrates the determination and ambition of students at France’s grandes écoles. I’m still working my way to the top of motor racing while continuing my studies, and I can’t wait to find out what the future holds.
I hope my story inspires you to pursue your dreams passionately and passionately.
