To establish its ranking, Le Figaro highlights academic excellence, the international scope of schools, and student employability:
- Academic excellence is assessed through several criteria: international accreditations and the duration of the Master’s grade, the school’s research output, the proportion of highly qualified faculty, the average high school grade of incoming students, and the faculty-to-student ratio.
- International reach is measured by the percentage of faculty with foreign degrees, the proportion of international graduates, the number of international partnerships, and performance in global rankings such as the Financial Times and the Shanghai Ranking.
- Student employability is based on numerous key factors: competitive starting salaries and a high rate of permanent contracts upon graduation, strong performance of student-run junior enterprises, and the power of the alumni network. This network includes graduates holding strategic positions on CAC 40 executive committees or having founded successful startups. These strengths enhance the programs’ value and students’ career prospects.
